Notes from file: J. Sprigs homemade magic wand, acquired during private visit with a party wishing to remain anonymous (reference confidential file JS040204P, unpublished location).
The story was told that Jackson made the wand out of a dowel that was part of a rack his mother used to hang fabric. She earned money making and repairing quilts. Jackson was punished for his pilfery but considered this the price of imbuing the wand with magic. The archivist inquired, but the storyteller did not know what was meant by this.
